Our Team

Board of Directors

Terry Cramer
Director

Terry comes to Full Circle with a business and legal background as well as a history of being an advocate for people with special needs.  As an attorney he acts as General Counsel to a number of companies.  As a businessman he currently owns a retail business as well as a business advisory firm working with entrepreneurial businesses.  As an advocate he has been active with Special Olympics Michigan for many years and has just completed nine years on their Board of Directors, six of which were on the Executive Committee serving in many capacities up to and including two years as Chair of the Board. He is excited about bringing his experience to the programs at Full Circle and will work on Strategic and Operational Planning as well as Organizational Governance and development as the organization continues to expand.

Mary Fodell

Founder and Director

Mary is a retired Grosse Pointe Public Schools art teacher with degrees in education and  administration. The mother of a special needs daughter, she is acutely aware of the needs being addressed by Full Circle Foundation and has been the visionary and  inspiration for the Upscale Resale Shop and for major fund raising efforts such as the recently held Fash Bash.

Karl Kratz

Founder and Director

A retired group executive director  with a master’s degree, Karl is a long time member of the Grosse Pointe  communities, serving as a trustee of the Village of Grosse Pointe Shores. He will be helping the Foundation as treasurer, and is providing organizational strategy and fund raising activities to help the Foundation to grow.

Bill Mestdagh

Director

Bill is the President of Frontier3 Advertising in Grosse Pointe Park and has degrees in business, marketing and automotive marketing. In addition to his Frontier3 Advertising duties, Bill is also involved in real estate within the Grosse Pointes as well as Macomb County. As a lifelong resident of the Grosse Pointe he and his wife Cathy have been very active in the community for years within many school and sports organizations. Bill’s main duties for the foundation are in the areas of marketing, fundraising, advertising and program development.

Staff

Lindsey Kurtz

Executive Director

A Grosse Pointe native and graduate of North High School, Lindsey comes to Full Circle with background in nonprofit management and enthusiasm for working with individuals with special needs. Lindsey received a Bachelors of Science in Human & Organizational Development and Cognitive Studies as well as a Masters of Education in Community Development from Vanderbilt University. She served as an Affordable Housing Coordinator in Nashville, Tennessee and a Community Organizer around public education reform in Memphis, Tennessee. 

Lauren Knill
Program Coordinator

Born and raised in Grosse Pointe Farms and an Alumna of Grosse Pointe South, Lauren has been with Full Circle from the beginning. Volunteering, clerking and managing the resale store, Lauren now manages the operations of the micro-enterprises at Full Circle. She has experience in managing social media, fundraising and event planning, all of which she uses daily to further the mission of the Full Circle Foundation. Her passion lies with working with adults and young adults with special needs, an interest which was inspired by her older sister Erica, a special needs adult in the community.
